Install labels into printer<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Unpack printer and plug into power.<\/li><li>Load labels into printer. They go <strong>face up<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Press <strong>power<\/strong> for 4 seconds to turn on.<\/li><li>Press <strong>&#8220;feed&#8221;<\/strong> button on printer for 2 seconds to feed a single label.<\/li><li>Note: if you cannot reliably feed a single label, eVisitor will probably not be able to print.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>2. Configure Windows\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Plug the USB cord into the computer.<\/li><li>Install the driver.<\/li><li>Printing Preferences, Page, Offset, Vertical: <strong>3mm<\/strong>.<\/li><li>In the Printing Preferences, Halftone: <strong>Error Diffusion<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Click <strong>OK<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Set Preferences, Advanced, Media Type: <strong>Labels with Marks<\/strong> (may not be necessary).<\/li><li>For TANDEM DOT-Expiring Badges:<ul><li><strong>Move the sensor<\/strong> aligned with one of the holes.<\/li><li>Set Preferences, Advanced, Media Type: <strong>Labels with Marks<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Print a <strong>test page<\/strong> from the windows driver. It will not look perfect.<\/li><li>Note: If you can&#8217;t reliably print a Windows test page, eVisitor will probably not be able to print.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>3.
