Regional Sales Representative—Southeast
Overview: We are seeking a results-driven Regional Healthcare Sales Representative to drive growth especially within the healthcare sector by selling security-focused solutions, including visitor sign-in and management systems. This role is responsible for developing new business, managing key accounts, and positioning our solutions as critical components of healthcare security, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities within the healthcare vertical and other direct markets
- Promote and sell visitor management and sign-in solutions that enhance facility security, patient safety, and regulatory compliance
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including security directors, IT leaders, compliance officers, and facility administrators
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through closing the sale
- Stay informed on healthcare regulations (e.g. HIPAA considerations, Joint Commission standards) and industry security trends
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
- Strategic thinking and territory planning
- Monthly sales reporting of results
Required Skills/Abilities/Education/Experience
- A high school diploma or equivalent. Preference for a college degree
- 3–7+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in healthcare, security, SaaS, or technology solutions
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Experience selling into hospitals or healthcare systems strongly preferred
- Familiarity with physical security, access control, or visitor management systems is a plus
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication (in person and on phone) and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region
- MS Dynamics CRM proficiency a plus
- Availability and reliability during Threshold business hours
- Proficiency with remote collaboration tools

- Tradeshow support including setup, breakdown, standing for long periods
- Prolonged periods sitting at desk and working on a pc
