Flag Alerts
The Red Flag feature has been improved! Now you can set your system to not print a badge for any visitor record that has been previously marked with a Red Flag. The attendant will be prompted to redirect the visitor according to your security protocol.
Special New Feature: Red Flag, No Badge
It’s easy and free to activate this feature. Simply call us and ask for “Red Flag, No Badge” to be turned on. Once it’s on, the above pop-up will come up when a red flagged visitor comes back. No badge will print and the attendant will need to follow the facility’s policy for handling red flagged visitors.
The flags and notes only show to the desk attendant, not the visitor.
Please contact eVisitor Support with any questions on how to use Flags in your system.

“Room-Track” part of eVisitor software
Introducing Room-Track:
This eVisitor software feature tells you how many visitors are in each patient’s room.
eVisitor software’s Room-Track feature helps your front-desk attendant determine whether to allow visitors to a patient’s room or not, depending on your hospital’s policy on room capacity limits.
How “Room-Track” Works:
Sign in a new visitor
Sign in a visitor as usual in the Visitor Registration fields.
Enter room number
eVisitor displays in red text how many visitors are already in that room.
See all details
Click on the red “click here for details” text, and the names of the visitors in the room appear in the Visitors Log on the right.

“The new quick BOLO lookup feature in our eVisitor software is already paying dividends as one of our Receptionists was able to recognize and prevent access to a banned visitor today. The individual was attempting to access the building using an invalid badge. The receptionist recognized the face and name from reviewing the banned visitor list earlier in her shift and was able to quickly click over to confirm. Nice work all!”

“We had experienced an increase in thefts over the prior six to eight months. By funneling people to sign in, and by issuing the visitor pass -- getting an I.D. and a name on the person -- we cut our thefts to zero in that building. This new I.D. system meets our needs as well as our budget.”
