eVisitor Software: Robust Yet Simple Visitor Management Software

eVisitor Visitor Management - Turbo System

Do you have a visitor management system that is too expensive, too complicated, or unreliable?

It may be time to upgrade your visitor sign-in process.

“eVisitor” software makes it easy to sign in and badge every visitor. This helps to make your people and property more secure.

Here’s how it works:

A visitor has arrived, so you sign them in using their driver’s license.

Your visitor’s name and photo appear on the badge. Then you use your keyboard to fill in the rest of the badge, such as where they’re from and where they’re going to visit.

Now, all you do is click “sign in and print”. The visitor badge comes out in seconds. Easy and quick.

TAB-Expiring Visitor Badge is VALID today, VOID tomorrow

Plus, your badges expire by changing color overnight. This adds a layer of security to the process. Just activate the badge and wear it.

No driver’s license? Key in your visitor’s name as well.

eVisitor Auto-Crop
Other software programs don’t print as well as eVisitor software.

Do you still want the visitor’s picture on your badges? The camera takes a clear photo. Then the exclusive “Auto-Crop” feature enhances the image for a positive I.D.

We can help you “pre-set” the duration of every visit and have your visitors automatically signed out.

Of course, during the COVID-19 pandemic, we have learned to take extra precautions … and eVisitor software helps you manage the spread of this virus … and reduce contamination in general.

eVisitor Visitor Management Software

For example, you can set up your system to reduce contact between your desk attendant and visitors. Keep your staff and equipment behind a protective barrier — except the printer, so visitors can pick up their badge to wear.

Visitors should still enter only after passing a screening process. Remind all building occupants of this safety protocol by adding the word “screened” to your visitor badges. This provides needed peace of mind.

eVisitor Contact Tracing functionality

To further aid social distancing, eVisitor helps you limit the number of visitors you allow in your building. Your desk attendant can quickly see how many people are signed in overall, as well as how many people are visiting each room (see image above).

In addition, eVisitor alerts your staff when returning visitors have a “flagged” status, no matter which of your locations a visitor tries to enter.

In case someone in your building does test positive for COVID or get exposed to it … eVisitor software helps with contact tracing. Use the registration screen to collect visitors’ phone numbers or email addresses when they sign in, so you can reach them quickly after they have left (see image above).

eVisitor software offers robust reports for tracking all the information you collected. It also helps you analyze visitor activity by time of day and across multiple locations to better manage staffing needs.

Contact us now for a complete demonstration, and see how you can identify and track your visitors, easily and affordably.

The Red Flag feature has been improved! Now you can set your system to not print a badge for any visitor record that has been previously marked with a Red Flag. The attendant will be prompted to redirect the visitor according to your security protocol.

Special New Feature: Red Flag, No Badge

Flag alertsIt’s easy and free to activate this feature. Simply call us and ask for “Red Flag, No Badge” to be turned on. Once it’s on, the above pop-up will come up when a red flagged visitor comes back. No badge will print and the attendant will need to follow the facility’s policy for handling red flagged visitors.

The flags and notes only show to the desk attendant, not the visitor.

Please contact eVisitor Support with any questions on how to use Flags in your system.
