All designs come in two parts, as shown in the “Admit Slip.”
Two-part carbonless forms perform two jobs in one step — the white first part is perforated, so a slip can be torn out and handed directly to the student as an official pass, while the yellow second part provides an automatic duplicate record that stays securely in the book, giving staff a reliable paper trail for administrative purposes. These slips can be customized to suit the unique needs of each school. They can include the school name and mascot in black ink at no extra cost. For those looking to add a color school mascot or school name, a small additional fee applies.
The 2-part slips measure 3¾” x 2¾” and contain 400 slips per wirebound book (8 slips per page, 50 pages per book).
