The Visitor Badge Sign-In Book improves building security. As visitors register and sign in, the Sign-In Book creates (1) a self-adhesive visitor badge and (2) automatic log at the same time. The visitor wears the ID badge, which tells everyone that they have signed in already. The visitor log serves as a permanent record of everyone that has entered your facility. Improve your building security and know who is in the facility!
How does the duplicate copy work?
When a visitor signs in on a badge, the write-thru technology makes a copy on the duplicate record. This duplicate serves as an audit trail of everyone who has been in your facility. The right side edge is glued to prevent visitors from snooping.
Can I have my logo and/or my organization name imprinted?
Yes! Along with our stock badges, we offer custom-designed badges featuring your logo and/or organization’s name in black ink. A proof will be provided for your approval before printing. Color imprints are also available for an additional fee.

The Red Flag feature has been improved! Now you can set your system to not print a badge for any visitor record that has been previously marked with a Red Flag. The attendant will be prompted to redirect the visitor according to your security protocol.
It’s easy and free to activate this feature. Simply call us and ask for “Red Flag, No Badge” to be turned on. Once it’s on, the above pop-up will come up when a red flagged visitor comes back. No badge will print and the attendant will need to follow the facility’s policy for handling red flagged visitors.
The flags and notes only show to the desk attendant, not the visitor.
